Sheraton Fallsview Hotel Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls

The hotel had comfy rooms and was quite nice, although it smelled really bad. I had to leave the balcony door open all night for some fresh air. Wouldn't recommend this hotel as it's pricey and had cobwebs and dead flies in the bathroom.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic for accessing Niagara Falls and its amenities, but the room was tiny, noisy, and outdated. The service was a hit or miss, with some staff being incredibly supportive while others seemed clueless. Despite the great location, there were unexpected charges like high parking fees.
